After the Flood

Here for your enjoyment is an absorbing photograph taken after a flood in Israel. It was created in approximately 1925 to 1946.

The photo illustrates what appears to be a man grabbing an old woman, and stomping a chicken. Several people appear to be celebrating. I can not really explain what is going on in the old photograph.
